Our Story
ChattyBox started because we kept seeing the same problem. Companies everywhere needed AI support tools, but many existing options felt either unreliable — confidently making up answers — or priced so high that teams outside the US and Western Europe simply could not justify them. We saw businesses in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Africa that could genuinely benefit from an AI chatbot, but the pricing models were not built for them.
So we built ChattyBox to be the tool we wished existed: a chatbot that grounds answers in your own content, supports 14 languages out of the box, and does not cost a fortune. No gimmicks, no enterprise-only features locked behind a paywall. Just a solid, affordable tool that works — no matter where your team is based.
ChattyBox is owned by Static Fish. We plan to open source parts of ChattyBox later under the OpenStaticFish GitHub organization.
